Full STEAM has been contracting with Denver Public Schools since 2017. We offer an exciting and dynamic STEAM based after school and summer enrichment program and we are looking to hire licensed educators to teach new classes. Here is a little bit about what the after school enrichment job entails.

The class is STEAM based and typically runs one hour once a week. The day of the week is usually flexible, depending on the school. Materials and lesson plans are provided. Material drop off and pick up is on a case by case basis depending on the teacher and school. Instructors need to agree to one complete session (typically they run 8-11 weeks) and you will be paid as an independent contractor so we would need you to fill out a W9. As an independent contractor you are given more autonomy than an employee which affords you the option to adjust the lesson and materials as you professionally see fit. In this way each teacher can personalize their own class to a certain degree. We hire only teachers knowing that they have solid classroom management and leadership skills that they can bring into this program. In that regard the feedback we have been getting from school staff and parents suggests that this makes our program different from others in all the best ways possible. The lessons have been heavily vetted and given a full stamp of approval from the 1000’s of happy Full STEAM students that have come through the program. We hope that you will consider all of this when you decide if you would like to join the Full STEAM crew. Thank you so much for your consideration of working with Full STEAM and please let us know if you have any other questions!

Honestly, I would love to keep working with Full STEAM for as long as it is an option. The extra income is much appreciated and the lessons are so fun! Thank you for the opportunity to bridge my passions and work with you and the kiddos through Full STEAM!” -Ms. Erin (Westerly Creek’s art teacher)
